Enabling this setting causes Windows to create an Oakley.log file in the %SystemRoot%\debug folder for developers or network administrators with advanced IKE knowledge.
1.Open your registry and find or create the key below.
2.Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called "EnableLogging" and set it according to the value data below.
Exit your registry; you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
