This restriction hides the current username normally displayed at the top of the Windows XP Start Menu.
1.Open your registry and find or create the key below.
2.Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called "NoUserNameInStartMenu" and set it according to the value data below.
Exit your registry; you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
Note : This setting only applies to the Windows XP Start Menu, not the Classic Start Menu.
